Making your own essential oil blends is easy! Try these DIY recipes:
BE PRESENT Grounding Diffuser Blend
Combine equal parts of each oil and store the blend in a glass bottle. Diffuse a few drops in a water diffuser.
- Sandalwood (or Patchouli)
- Frankincense
- Bergamot

BE CALMER Relaxation Diffuser Blend
Combine and store in a glass bottle. Diffuse a few drops of the blend in a water diffuser.
- 3 parts Lavender (or 2 parts Clary Sage)
- 2 parts Cedarwood
- 1 part Bergamot (or Wild Orange)

GO DEEPER Meditation Topical Blend
Carrier oils are unscented or lightly scented vegetable oils or nut oils, such as fractionated coconut, jojoba, grapeseed, or sweet almond oil. These dilute the blend and make it easier to massage it into the skin. After blending, store in a glass bottle.
- 4 ounces carrier oil
- 10 drops Hawaiian Sandalwood
- 5 drops Cedarwood
- 5 drops Lemon
GET INSPIRED Creativity Diffuser Blend
(with optional Topical Blend adaptation)
For the Diffuser Blend, combine roughly equal parts of each essential oil and store in a glass bottle. This blend can become a Topical Blend if you combine with a carrier oil (see GO DEEPER instructions above) instead of diffusing in water.
You may also add the essential oils to the water diffuser in these proportions for a one-time usage:
- 1/2 cup clean water
- 5 drops Frankincense
- 5 drops Ginger
- 5 drops Wild Orange
